I love it! The staff is amazing! It is always super clean! I feel like the lighting is way too bright. I don't like the fact that someone brings their monkey and a stroller to the gym. It gets in the way and you never know if it is bringing pests with it! Otherwise everything is fabulous.

I have asked repeatedly to have Purell (hand sanitizer) machines to be installed, and to keep the one puny hand sanitizer container filled. It is empty more than not. I have been to various planet fitness facilities throughout the country, and they all seem to have several hand sanitizer machines, but for some reason ours cannot. In the last few months, I have contracted Covid, and noroviris. . My guess is that I got them from the gym. Now that I’m back going every day, I’m very careful about keeping my hands, sanitized and machines clean. However, I have to bring my own hand sanitizer because for some unknown reason, the Eau Claire facility can’t keep the one container (very inadequate for just one) filled. I have asked our local workers to fill ours up many times, which I shouldn’t have to do. BTW, I still love the people that work there in Eau Claire, and the facility itself. This is just one small thing that I think could be remedied.
