When I walk through those beautiful & clean doors into the judgement free zone, something takes over. I feel a rush of energy, adrenaline pumping, and excitement flows through my body. It is a surreal feeling that I can’t even put into words, but it is unfathomable what this place does for me. I plan on enrolling my kid into work here immediately, school can wait. I think I might propose to my girlfriend in the 30 minute workout area LOL!!!!!!

Nice clean center with every machine that you want to use. Friendly staff.....as a new member I asked staff to show me how to use certain exercises and they've been very helpful with that!

I've been a member for over seven years, and this place has great staff, multiple exercise options for all fitness goals, and staff to assist you with an exercise regimen. The rates are very reasonable, and with the black card, it offers other nice amenities.
