There is one staff at the counter who is absolutely amazing! I don't know his name but he looks to be college age and is a black male. Ugh hate to say it way but only way I know to explain him! But he is absolutely fantastic! This makes a huge difference in a gym! There is a staff member that I don't find has the same personality. Is not the most friendly approachable personality as the kid! I understand that happens. I run group homes and I have staff that come across like this. Maybe a discussion with all staff to remember no matter what position they have in the company they need to be approachable and kind.
