It's a great place. Many machines, clean and nice regulars that go there. Clean showers. They clean every morning when I'm there. The front desk personnel are PHENOMENAL. SO FRIENDLY, ALWAYS.

It's open at convenient times. Employees are pleasant. There's usually enough equipment available; although, there can be a bit of a wait when it gets crowded.

When a hotel provides excellent service to its customers; It's titled: " A 5-star hotel." This is a 5- star gym. Staff is extremely kind and sincere. The equipment is like a newly minted penny. Spotless premises (There is even a dedicated young man named Phillip who dusts the nooks and crannies of each machine.) That's dedication. All machines are state of the art with the latest technologies. Cables of the 2 Smith- Machines are kept well maintained, with cables smooth and tight. 3 other Smith- Machines are to the right of the gym, each one with its own bench. Many machines are duplicated to avoid waiting. I find the diversity of people there makes for a nice atmosphere. Like the United Nations. Most members are kind and considerate, wiping down machines when finished with their set. I've yet to see any egocentric members or bullying behavior. 2 of the best hours of my day.
