I love the atmosphere here. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and all the patrons are chill and laid back. I don't feel nervous or anxious going by myself to do my workouts. The prices are great, and I LOVE being a Black Card Member!

Front desk with Rob. Most of the other younger ones are , well, young and somewhat disengaged We love the massage chairs, the cleanliness of the facilities, the fact we have the option to choose music of our more mature age group. We are looking around now though as paying $50/person is steep for our budget. You have so many ‘special’ offers - there should be a fee structure benefiting couples, seniors etc
