I really like Planet Fitness. Price is unbeatable. Equipment is in great condition and staff does an exceptional job of keeping everything clean and operational. My only complaint is that there are too many cardio machines versus fitness equipment/weight machines. The cardio machines in this location are never more than 25% full (at best!) Yet, there is always a wait for the fitness machines, and unfortunately there are many members that will sit at a machine and watch You Tube videos or engage in long text chats while others are waiting to use the machine. This can be frustrating if you have a limited amount of time to get your workout done.

I love the upstairs and downstairs aspect of the Planet Fitness that I was going to. It spreads out the people so it’s not as crowded. The vibe is very “easy going” and the staff always said hello and goodbye to me as I came and left the gym.

I am so happy with this location. I have attended other locations that were disappointing. Mayfield is always welcoming, friendly & the staff are amazing at ensuring cleaning products and space is always ready for use. The location itself is spaced out nicely so you don’t feel overwhelmed or like you are crammed into a space with people right beside or behind you. The area is split into sections mostly and even provides a couple different places for floor work. Bathrooms and change rooms are always clean and I have never had any concerns for cleanliness or privacy. Overall I am very happy with the location and look forward to attending every morning instead of feeling anxious about it or the people.

Huge facility and lots of room to work out, great variety of equipment weather its leg day or upper body. Also the red light therapy and hydro massage are pretty good too

The staff have a great attitude and the location is spotless with fully working well kept equipment. The atmosphere is encouraging. It's my 2nd home. I noticed what appeared to be a staff celebration and it is wonderful seeing that truly makes me know I picked the right business to support. The place just feels positive overall

This is my favourite location. I love how spacious it is with the two floors, I pretty much never have to wait for a machine I can always find something open. This location is always exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the black card spa is nice.
