The gym is always clean, including locker rooms. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They are always cleaning or assisting members. My only complaint is that I would like to see more diversity with machines.

Friendly staff and not to much broken equipment. The only thing that I think that all planet fitnesses should do is have an employee always going around and if they see someone that's sitting on a machine on their phone and not using the machine after five minutes, then they should be told to move. It happens a lot at all the planet fitnesses that I go to.

Gym is clean and well maintained. Showers always have hot water and are available unlike Mayslanding gym which very rarely have hot water and showers that are unavailable due to repairs.
