Awesome new equipment and work enviornment. Installation has improved its customer service and has new service employees willing to help all the time. This is my 5th year here and i have seen much improvements thanks to the management team. Jazmine and Chris are so gentle and have a great work ethic.

I like all the new equipment that you guys have in El Centro CA facility the staff is awesome but unfortunately I'm strongly considering to cancel my membership because the summer special that your gym have for the high school students free, they waiste so much time on phones and for people like us that we have a time frame is really hard dealing with this.

The majority of the staff is friendly and expedite your needs with a smile and heart felt sincerity, which is welcomed. The other PLUS is they upgrade and add new machines which is out of sorts for the majority of gyms. Same old faded equipment, no thank you! Lastly, I feel with this being said the owner took into consideration where the most traffic was focused and added machines to enhance the gym and add new machines to enhance the members’ subconscious needs. 💪🏼🫵🏼 Nice Job!

I am greeted upon arrival every time I go to the gym. The gym is always well kept and clean. I feel welcomed not just by staff but also by the members. The assistant manager Chris is has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to insure that the gym is well kept.
