The facility is ALWAYS clean. The members are supportive and encouraging. The staff is friendly and stays on top of equipment maintenance. I am looking forward to the new equipment coming on August 18th.

Staff very helpful, they don’t judge here at all. Honest , polite , always say goodbye . Love it here ! I give them all raises if I was there boss for such an amazing job. Not one complaint at all 5 star better than all the other gym combined! I bring my whole family here if I could and my old ones. In the end your like family here !

I signed up for a Planet Fitness membership because my community’s gym closed for a week for renovations. Sadly a gym membership does not work for me as I am the primary care person for my son so it is difficult to get to a gym to workout. I will cancel my membership but if I was more available to go, I would keep the membership. I have enjoyed Planet Fitness Elgin. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. The equipment I use is always available. I have been able to go during slow times which is great. Overall, good experience.
