The Elk Grove location is great. The staff is very friendly and the equipment and locker rooms are kept very clean. I know equipment breaks down, but I can't say I've seen anything down - maybe one machine in the past couple of years was down for a few days. That's impressive! Suggestion for the corporation would be to look at the "Crowd Meter" app. If attendance is light, it shows one bar. If it's super, super busy, it's two bars. Since there are ten bars on the scale, it seems there could be more granularity offered there, so we know what we're walking in to and can plan our workouts ahead. Just a suggestion. Great to have this place to go to - you guys enable us to be better versions of ourselves. Thanks.

Compared to other Planet Fitness centers in the area, I like the location and ease of use. Front desk staff are pleasant and go out of their way to be helpful. I also like the set up and flow of the weight machines. It helps me to target specific areas of the body on specific days. I also prefer these weight machines as well as elliptical, treadmills, stair climbers, etc. since they are newer that most and more user friendly.

i like the employees, the machines and all the time that the gym is open. there are a couple of machines that they could use more than one of but usually the machines are available. i like the new system for reserving the massage chairs etc.
