i like the employees, the machines and all the time that the gym is open. there are a couple of machines that they could use more than one of but usually the machines are available. i like the new system for reserving the massage chairs etc.

This location is clean and has the best morning staff. Larry is a gem of an employee and he makes the experience of waking up early so much better. You can tell that he has pride in his job and genuinely cares about the clientele. He gets to know you and you can laugh and joke with him. Give that man a raise because he truly deserves it!

The gym is clean and orderly. Ever since Cici took the gym over it has been great. Cici, Pasley, Junia, and Karla are great. I walk into the Elk Grove gym and they speak, smile and say my name. When I am done working out they a know I want to suntan stand up for full time. It is great. They have a great team. Can you please work on getting a trainer back our gym. I live one mile from here and I should not have to travel to other gyms for a trainer. Thank you
