The people/employees that work at the Elk River location are the best. I've been to different gym locations and its a noticeable difference. You should be grateful to have a solid crew..Hopefully they are rewarded in some way. Only other advice would be a better front lounge area. The steal chairs are very uncomfortable.

Planet Fitness – Elk River: Worth the Drive! There are gyms closer to home, but this one’s worth the extra couple miles. It’s clean, welcoming, and never overcrowded. The staff is top-notch — friendly, helpful, and they keep the place spotless. The deep tissue massage chairs, hydro massage, and tanning beds are all included in the price — huge bonus! The equipment is solid, the 30-minute express workout is super convenient, and the vibe is always positive. Affordable, well-run, and just a great place to work out. Highly recommend!

I like that the staff are very friendly and that the facility is clean. My only reason for not giving it a 10 is that people come into the yellow circuit room and don’t obey the 1 min rule. They just pop in, use one machine or sit idle for a long time. It messes up everyone else’s circuit. That is not the intention of that area. Why can’t there be more signage and also something that says they can find a similar machine out on the floor? It causes stress to ask them if I can use it. It seems to be a downtime place. If that is the case, there should be a chair for them to sit on, or something that lets them appear as if they are actually working out.
