The staff are amazing., however, corporate not so much. I have been waiting for months to be contacted from them, re. An incident using hydrobeds, and property damage. The staff did everything they could, and are wonderful, they forwarded issue to corporate.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. Plus the equipment is perfect for me. I'm a black card member and use the lovely hydrochairs and tanning beds. Well worth it and on top of that i've used my membership in another city (Milwaukee). You have a nice thing going and for the price you are so far and away better than most gyms I've been associated with.

I like the convenience of thr gym being so close to my house. The hours mostly work for my schedule with very adjustmemts needed. The staff are always kind and helpful. No one bothers anyone else when they're working out. It's a great atmosphere to stay focused on my health and fitness goals.

The equipment is easy to use. The app lets you know if there is a crowd. It’s open 24 hours a few days a week. I wish it was 7 days a week. They keep it running very nice and clean. The atmosphere is always good.
