I've been a member since the Ephrata location opened and I have no problems or issues with the Club. The Staff is always friendly and helpful, the club is kept very clean. My reason for cancelling was due to surgery on my back to remove skin cancer. At this time, I cannot do any lifting or strenuous exercising for a long time and I will NEVER go in a tanning bed again! The Ephrata Club is great, my husband is still a member and we will recommend Planet Fitness to our family and friends. Thanks for a great 16+ years!
