The staff is what keeps me there. Even with a recent flurry of changing staff, they are always pleasant and happy when i walk in and when I leave. if i have ever mentioned something such as empty spray bottles, they immediately take care of the situation.

The gym and locker room areas are being kept clean which is very important to me. We do have hot water now, but I noticed this week that the temperature has been turned down on the hot water (it's not as hot as it used to be). The front desk help is very welcoming and cheerful, always a great way to start a workout with smiling faces and a welcome greeting. Keep up the good work.

PF at West Erie Plaza still has the 30 second circuit machines which have been eliminated from the PF at the Millcreek Mall. That facility now has very few machines my friend and I like to use, since their recent purge of machines.

Location Cleanliness Price Front desk staff need to stay off their phones! All the equipment is great! (I'm a trainer too, so great job!) Imperative that equipment gets wiped off before and after by everyone!! Nice environment to stay/get fit/healthy!!
