They usually keep the place clean. There aren’t a lot of people. I do wish they would enforce the rule about people not talking on their cell phones while they’re exercising. It’s very annoying. They seem to be doing better now, but sometimes they have the music so loud you cannot hear through your earbuds if you’re trying to listen to the TV.

I live right by a pf gym but I rather take the 20 minute drive and go to the gym at fashion square for the following reasons- the gym is always super clean, not to busy. The girls at the front desk I believe their names is Carolyn and Natalie, super nice. Always welcoming. Carolyn is alwayssss going out her way to make sure everything is okay. One day I was having trouble making a payment and she said it was fine for me to still workout until it got resolved. She was super understanding and made notes in the account so other associates were aware (It got resolved 2 days later) but the day before that I was having the same issue and the employee Cambria said nothing could be done and that I couldn’t workout until that was resolved. She said she couldn’t do anything. I was so upset because I enjoy workout. Basically my favorite part of the day especially at this specific gym. But when she turned me away I was upset. I was trying to get it resolved but the payment was still processing nothing could be done. She didn’t seem to understand. But next day Carolyn such a sweetheart helped me out and let me workout. Natalie is super nice as well. Always looking forward to seeing them when I go to this gym. 10/10 all around besides that situation with cambria.
