They have almost all the equipment I would like at an affordable price. The employees are always friendly. The place is clean (except if you look up in the rafters....there is a LOT of dust up there!). And I like that there are all types of people, and all sorts of fitness levels.

The Evanston location is remarkable in customer experience .I go there most often but the other gyms in the area are very similar in my experiences..The manager and staff always are inviting and welcoming .Casey the manager made sure I had a massage chair ready while waiting to use the red light therapy .The spa and red light is very helpful.A lot of gyms do not have the spa so i had joined initially for this but enjoy all the gym has to offer .
