Planet fitness in Evanston has the best customer service I have experienced in many years. The hard-working staff always smiles and says hello as well as goodbye. They are thoughtful in listening to questions and suggestions. They maintain the equipment and the whole place is very clean. I once observed a masterful deescalation by the staff with a customer who was very loud and aggressive. They approached him with a smile and calmed him down.
