The staff is amazing. Service is wonderful. However, the equipment is a little outdated. The environment is amazing it still holds by its name and motto. However, it does need to be updated. The equipment is little rundown.

So far in Evanston, the whole morning crew in the morning and early afternoon are great! In Lincolnwood, the staff is a little more less attentive. But so far service is Good! Music supplies for cleaning are always full in both sides. Lincolnwood does have a massage seat with a whole in it, but they do have two more than Evanston.

Has everything I need! I lift weights for the most part. New machines are great. Peak hours I sometimes wish there was one more Smith Machine and some room near the free weights (in place of unoccupied stationary bikes). Friendly staff. Easy parking. Clean and a culture of members that wipe things down - you make it easy by posting up plenty of paper towels and solution. Wish the dumbbells went up to 90lbs. Overall A.

This specific location is always so clean and organized. I don’t have to fight for equipment and always can find what I need. I like that it’s a smaller space so teenagers can gather in groups. It’s LGBTQ friendly too and the staff is super nice and always attentive. Lots of parking always available too.

I love the staff at my pf location - Evanston. Everyone is extremely professional, helpful and works hard to make my experience a really great one. I love that my workouts are quite enjoyable, the equipment is up to date and I don't have much wait time if any for most things that I want to use. I like that the gym is kept clean and everyone is friendly and kind of keeps things running super smoothly. It just feels great to belong here and its really like my new family.

Even though no longer 24-hrs, still good hours. Machines always working and plenty of machines available. Spacious. Kept clean. Friendly staff. I thought they did very good practicing safety precautions during the early months/years of Covid.

The machines are great and the place is well-maintained. Steff is helpful and friendly. I do wish they had a lateral raise machine at the Evanston, IL location.
