Excellent equipment, hours, ac and bathrooms. Love the massage chairs. Fair to good Audio V with screens set a little too high and quite a few goofy stations. Fine, friendly staff even with pretty high turnover. 29 years for me and staying with this gym.

I normally work out at the Windham Maine location, but I’m going here while they’re closed for the week for new equipment. The Staff at the Falmouth location is very helpful and friendly, the whole place is so clean and the other people working out are super nice. I just wish you had newer cable machines since the weights don’t really feel like the real weight. What I normally lift in other locations feels so much lighter at the Falmouth one.

I'm on the treadmill usually 6 days a week, so naturally my only concern is the TV choices. I understand only having one local station, but could you switch it back to Channel 13? It recently got moved to Channel 8, which is barely watchable in the early mornings.
