I’ve been to several Planet Fitness locations, but the Farmers Branch location truly stands out—and it’s all because of the dream team they have here. Jacob is absolutely amazing! He’s always smiling, super friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. Luke is cool, approachable, and always helpful whenever I have a question. Al is great, and both Delina and Brooklyn are incredibly professional and welcoming as managers. You can tell they care about creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. Even though my home gym is technically another location, I chose to stay at this one not just because it’s convenient, but because the staff here make it feel like home. They’re the reason I keep coming back and pushing forward in my fitness journey. Highly recommend this location—you won’t find a better team anywhere else!
