I have been a member of Planet Fitness for 7 or 8 years now and find the facilities suit my families needs well. We like that there are a variety of equipment available for weight training and for cardio. Therefore we can flexibly rotate through each type of exercise during each visit. I also like the flexibility of hours to visit - essentially anytime for us. As is common with all facilities, the equipment or the facility is not 100% perfect for each visit. However and more importantly the staff is quite responsive when alerted to the situation and make efforts to correct the situation in a reasonable time.

The gym was clean and the staff was very courteous. However, the club needs to do a better job at repairs/maintenance. The ab crunch machine was not operable. It's been a week since it has not been working. The paper towel at the sanitizing station located beside that machine has been jammed for months. Members have to walk to several feet to another station to get paper towels and/or sanitizer.
