The staffs are awesome! Very friendly and helpful! The gym is not vacuumed enough. There are dust bunnies especially around the weight lifting area. The massage machines for the Black Card members are often out of services. There is at least one broken one all the time. Some exercise equipments are broken and still not fixed. The music can be too loud at times and even with my earbuds on I can still hear it very loudly. It should be a background music not too over powering. Otherwise, it really is a great place for workouts and price is right for now.
