I love that there are so many strength machines that I can handle. I love that there are all sorts of people there and its a judgement free zone. I love the upbeat music and ability to watch TV while on the cardio machines. I love the wellness pod and hydro massage tables. I love that its so affordable.

Love the space . I do not like the the TRX trainer doesn’t have enough bolts in the base. There is one center bolt all The way across so if there are two people using TRX the way it’s meant to be used, the who thing wobbles. I am waiting for it to topple over on a user. You can do better. The bolt holes are there for a reason

Equipment and weight selection, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and condition of equipment. I do disagree with the allowance of men being allowed to use women's / girls locker and restroom facilities. The only reason I am staying right now is proximity to home.
