Friendly, and professional staff, it's for me to feel welcomed. Very clean establishment, the staff is always cleaning, bathrooms etc A1. Good equipment, functional, I never see equipment down and if it is, not for long. Which shows that this franchise cares about it's establishment. This particular location is never too crowded in the 5a - 9a time slot i like to use. Nice Black Member lounge area as well. It's a cool vibe. One negative for me, is sometimes it's too warm, I run hot, so it's more of a personal preference, but it's tolerable. No other issues at this price point. Very diverse, and very inviting to all ages.
