Clean and easy access from home base commute . Bike rack. Dislike air dryers for washing hands water splashes off and onto you from others using. No paper towels to dry hands or face.

Enjoy the facilities, equipment is always in good repair. Quite EOS because there equipment was always broke down. Your front desk staff for the most part is very welcoming. Keep up the great work. You have clean facilities

I like the new staff members like Kee and Yami. They were very respectful and helpful with my inquiries. Especially Kee , I have been attempting to come up with a regimen to burn fat. Kee opened up a door for me, I don’t have to struggle with losing weight. He shared some opinions , but an avenue for success instead of walking around the gym without hope !

After having an opportunity to voice my grievance, Ana Carmona reached out and listened to me explain my issue in full. I appreciate her hearing me out as it does affect the gym and her staff. She did correct the issue and make things right with me. I was sad to hear their supervisor wasn't with them anymore, but she was also great. The staff at the Flamingo location are also hard workers. They are always polite and making sure the machines are clean and in proper operation. They're either working or doing some kind of training at the counter. This is always what I see when I am spend my time at this gym. I was Informed this location will be receiving more weight machines. I am glad to hear they are trying to improve and provide more options. I have one suggestion, and however this can be made possible, PF Flamingo should acquire the empty space to the left(or behind) the gym and expand. They really need more space for more equipment /stretching area to be able to do more exercises that need that space.

It is close to me, a five minute drive. This makes it fit into my life. If I have 20 minutes I can do a short bicycle ride. It has a good variety of machines, (although missing a couple of my favorites). There are three or four young ladies who work at the front desk who are so kind, so welcoming and helpful. I appreciate their pleasant greetings when I come.
