I believe most of gyms are similar, meaning they offer products and equipment to help you exercise and better your physical life, what makes a difference, are the people working at these facilities, sometimes a greeting with a smile is only fair enough, but at this location all employees are working as a team to better the gym and the experience, I believe this success can only be achieved when your leader practice his duties by example, I am talking about "Brandon the manager" but I think I better to say "Brandon the leader". I lead teams all my life in the corporate world and I understand how challenging can be for a leader to achieve this goal. Brandon is a caring individual that possess a strong a positive deep enthusiasm for his job, no matter the day and or the difficult nature of the situation. good job Brandon.. another caring and humble individual is Gregory the trainer, great personality and a humble way of offering his knowledge to members, another great employee. good job team.
