I am always satisfied with my workouts at Planet. At times, there are no paper towels in the trashcan areas, so that can be a pain. My main issue has always been with the circuit area. I get annoyed by the people that just come in there and sit on the machines and have no respect for those of us who are actually doing the circuit. I have to just speak up and say something, but that can get awkward. So, I just work around them. It's just an annoyance, that's all.

I like the fact that I can go in get a good 1 hour workout without interruption On another note, I think it’s fine that you have the 14-year-old 19 year-old joining free for the summer however, when I would like to propose is to have all of the faculty or staff give out a verbal warning to us as patrons to at least bring a lock when we are working out because I have witnessed young guys in the locker rooms, checking lockers, looking for bags with people keys in them so they could steal their cars or whatever so yeah I would. I would advise whoever read this survey or this statement to at least share this information to us as patient to get a lock and make sure we lock our valuables

I appreciate the culture of planet fitness. Clean bathrooms and lock rooms with clean equipment. Always sanitizer and paper towels. Nice associates, tootsie rolls, and lots of useful equipment. Each planet fitness is a little different but usually has what you need.

Everything, it's always a good experience. Great staff, great attitude, Friendly, cleanliness. Brandon the Manager great Person, takes time with the Seniors, always making sure everything good. Don't mind showing how some of the equipment works.
