5/5 Stars – Exceptional Staff! CASSIE ROCKS!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge shoutout to Cassie at the Planet Fitness in Tega Cay/Fort Mill. She is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and keeps the gym running like a well-oiled machine. It is always great to see Cassie when I come in for a workout—she just has a pretty awesome spirit about her that sets a positive tone for the whole place. The old gum on the sidewalk as you enter and exit the building is a major eye sore. There is an effective way to remove this gum. The building looks great on the inside. I am really surprised that management has not addressed this matter. This deficiency outside the building takes away from all of your efforts inside the building. I do realize this problem was the same when Food Lion rented the same space.

I love everything about Planet Fitness. Especially the employees. I wish there was a gender neutral bathroom option and I wish there were more free weights given how many people go, but it's a cheap membership to a good gym.

Since the remodel, I miss the hand sanitizer foam dispensers in convenient locations around the workout area and in the locker room. Why would you remove that? That is my one problem with PF.
