People are great....the only thing I really would like is if they can change their equipement and bring some new ones that are more efficient...same equipements for years... There are new things coming out and planet fitenss Franklin is still behind on that...

I love pretty everything about PF. I go to many of them from Pawtucket to Boston throughout the day for work. What I don’t like is seeing news channels that are intentionally biased or misleading. The only location that doesn’t do this is Foxborough. I try to go to that one as much as I can because of that. Please have all the locations do the same. PF should be a refuge from all that is going on in the world right now.

I use the 30 minute express area. Most of the time I have no problem in there but sometimes people come in and just jump on whatever machine they want and sit on it for quite some time causing me to have to skip around them. Some patrons are kind about it and other patrons are not kind of about it thinking that they own the machine. That is really my only complaint. The bathrooms are always clean and the disinfectant spray along with paper towel towels are readily available.

I like that the machines are readily available when I exercise in the morning, and I like the fact that the facility has ample adjustable weight benches. I like that the floors are vacuumed and swept with some degree of regularity, and I like the other members.
