I love going to PF, it's always very clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the staff is friendly. One thing I'd like is for the gym to stay open later on Saturdays at the Franklin (27th St) location, instead of closing at 7 close at 10pm? It seems a lot of people would like that, it's usually pretty busy at 7pm when everyone gets kicked out. Speaking of that, one improvement opportunity would be to ask staff to not yell at the clients and act like drill sergeants when it's getting close to closing time, it's very belittling. The lights get turned down before 7pm on Saturdays and then they go around yelling the gym is closed. Most people get the hint and wind down and leave before 7 but the few that stay on could be talked to individually instead of yelling at all of us at 6:55pm. Treat us like customers.

The exercise machine options are plentiful as are the machines, the facility is very clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The variety of machines. Free weights and weight machines. Surprised there are so many elliptical machines. The cleaning stations are nice but having paper towel and bottle holders attached above the waste basket works so much better (as used in Arizona Planet Fitness). The aqua beds are nice after a workout.
