They have to put the clock where it can be seen we might need to clocks so when you do the reps and sets you can look at the clock instead of taking the phone out of your pocket it helps a lot to have a visible clock

Clean. When I've gone it hasn't been crowded. The staff is friendly and approachable, so if I have questions I am comfortable asking. Location works well for me. And best of all I don't feel like I have to be super fit to go and work out. I truly can go at my own pace and level--no judgment!
