The gym is always clean and for the most part if equipment is broken, it is fixed quickly. The staff is fabulous. It is a very well run gym. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the summertime teen promotion because it does get busier and kids will be kids.

I love the crowd meter that let's you know hiw busy it is. Helps me plan better. The staff are great. They keep everything spotless. Someone is usually walking around and cleaning equipment or dusting things off. It's a great place to work out.

As a senior I am very satisfied with the large number & condition of the cardio equipment as well as the selection of weight machines & free weights. I've used both the gym in Freehold & Marlboro & both are clean & enjoyable for working out. The massage chairs & beds are also a big plus for me.
