Planet Fitness is great if you want a gym that’s simple, affordable, and not intimidating. The vibe is relaxed, the staff is friendly, and the place is always clean. The staff, Rome, Austin, are friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of equipment so you rarely have to wait, and being open 24/7 makes it really convenient. It’s a solid spot to get a good workout in without the pressure.

To Whom It May Concern: Under the leadership of GM Rome, assisted by the capable Jasey, along with Nate, Michael and Ryan. The Plant Fitness located on Rolater and Preston Road is well maintained and well managed. It is always clean, organized and in order. Jasey, Michael, Nate and Ryan particularly stand out, which I called them “A” team. They are an important asset to your organization, especially in such a competitive marketplace. They are always courteous, professional, and engaged. They create a welcoming and inviting environment. Regardless of the time of the day I come in to this club, I see the team members cleaning and wiping down the machines often. The bathroom is always tidy; the broken equipment is repaired timely. I loved the ease with signing up online. The facility I use is awesome. They always greet me with a smile and tell me to enjoy the rest of my day when I am leaving. I am a plus size girl and I don't get stares or feel any judgement while working out. It is easy to book the rooms for a chair massage, hydro massage and Red Light therapy. They have plenty of equipment. I never have an issue with utilizing the equipment I need for my workouts. I highly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone wanting to start or continue their fitness journey.
