Your team members are friendly, welcoming, and engaging. I am acknowledged when I arrive and as I am leaving. The general area of the facility and tanning rooms are always clean. It seems as though the tanning bulbs are changed consistently, which is important to me. I love the convenience of multiple locations and always open. My only thoughts on opportunities to elevate the experience is to clean the restroom and shower areas more frequently.

The staff is nice, and friendly, the gym itself is well cleaned, and even when crowded is usually not too hard to get to the machine you're wanting to use. I appreciate the flexibility with the hours, and really value the water bottle filler, the amount of stocked cleaning stations, ease of parking, proximity to other useful businesses, access to massages in the gym, and the timely repair of most equipment if something breaks.

There is so much equipment, that you can always find a way to work out, even if it is busy. The staff are helpful and very nice to me and other members. I truly love the massage chairs and the hydro massage chairs. Due to a serious back injury and chronic pain, I try to use those chairs several times a week to help me, even when I am not exercising. I am also impressed by how hard the staff work to keep the place clean. I also love that when I was visiting relatives out of state. I was able to use a facility in Florida to help me get some exercise while I was away. I hope you pass on my feedback to your staff and Let them know how pleased I am with there staff.
