I like the abundance of cardio equipment. I think you need some large ceiling fans and need more spray bottles with cleaner or stations with cleaner.

The whole place seems to be cleaner than a month ago. I returned from a vacation and noticed a change. New employees were being trained. A since of urgency in customer service was a very pleasant surprise. Keep up the good work.

My Planet Fitness experience has been fantastic. I started going around mid-March and the people there are outstanding. The new manager Heath has got things moving in a great direction. And the staff are very welcoming and personable. Ryan is very communicative and professional, Aubrey is kind and thoughtful, Rayven is funny and welcoming, Grace is always smiling, and Jessica is so high energy and so enthusiastic.
