The gym, location and staff were great. My husband and I were pleased but the reason we canceled was two months in we were charge a $50/per membership annual fee. We didn’t think it was warranted considering we were only members for two months.

It's the cleanest gym I've ever worked out in. And I have been in chain gyms and pro gyms for over 50 years. The staff is friendly and responds well to any problems. It's rare that any equipment is out of service, not so at other gyms I have been at, sometimes 2 or 3 pieces of equipment are down. Music is kinda loud and not to my taste, but all in all a good experience.

I love the Planet Fitness in Garden Grove! There are plenty of machines available and plenty of cleaning stations. I notice other guests cleaning their equipment frequently which makes me feel better. The staff is present and easily accessible.
