We really enjoy our planet fitness in Garner. Staff is very friendly and maintain a clean environment. Equipment is in working order majority of the time and repaired quickly when it’s not.

Elliptical, machines, mats, massage and hydro chairs. Staff friendly and helpful. I wish patrons would not play music and podcasts on devices. Wish also that people were encouraged to separate recyclables from trash. Wish there were no candy because wrappers wind up in parking lot.

Every morning despite how groggy I am the front always greets me with a good morning. When I leave they always say have a great day. The time of day I go there is enough equipment for me to do what I want and get out of there. I love the yellow section. It allows me to hide without being in front of everyone but still get my workout in. Some of the equipment is out of order. No 10.

For years we went to another gym and found it to be quite intimidating. If we were not using the equipment correctly, someone would usually come over and admonish us for how we were using it. Not a friendly place. Since we have been coming to Planet Fitness we have felt much more comfortable. This is definitely a friendly place, so keep it up.

Chill, well maintained environment. plenty of parking. friendly, engaged staff. I am rehabbing from a nasty motorcycle crash. I have somewhat limited mobility and move pretty slowly right now. The club always feels safe and comfortable, at all hours. Proximity to other shopping is a big plus too.
