Planet Fitness is always well staffed and well maintained. We're even getting some newer equipment in about a week. It remodeled last year; it's a great environment with a great "vibe" to exercise.

Although this is a much smaller space than the Milgen Rd location, this location has more to offer. The equipment is upgraded, new equipment has been added, except for the general after work rush, it is generally not crowded and I have access to all the right equipment for my workouts without having to wait. The staff does greet me as I enter and tells me to have a good day as I exit and I typically see the staff cleaning the stations. This location gives me everything that I need and at the right price.

My only complaint is that I have asked staff to refill empty hand sanitizers and it still has not been done. Otherwise the gym is very clean and equipment is well maintained. Staff is also very friendly and courteous.

I had a hip replacement a friend of mine told me the best place to go exercise would be planet fitness I went in and was toured through the facility and I feel like I’m definitely getting my moneys worth. I like it being taken out of my checking account each month. I need to see the gym three times a week so that I can stay limber in my hip and that’s what does the bicycle is the best one for me as I improve with my new hip I will be using other parts of the gym. I find everybody very friendly. I come in at 4:30 in the morning. I come in At 8:30 AM and they’re always at the counter with a smile and ready to greet you and when it’s time for me to use other machines, they will be willing to help me.

The facility is very well kept. The hybrid tanning booth needs some work, I believe they are working to get it repaired. The system wouldn't start correctly and the vibration didn't work.

I like how the gym is clean and maintained and the staff have always been pleasant. The only issue I have is the inside temperature of the gym. In Georgia, between the temperatures and the humidity sometimes it's very uncomfortable in the gym. Also, when it's too warm the gym has an odor in the air. I bring a small personal fan every day but it's not really enough sometimes. I also wear shorts and short sleeve shirts year round so I can't wear any less. It's my understanding that the temperature in the gym is not controlled by the gym staff in Columbus but is controlled elsewhere. I believe the controls should be left to the individual gyms since they know best what the actual atmosphere is at the time. I've been a member since 2014 with the exception of a break during covid in 2020. Thanks for listening.
