They need to add hand sanitizer around the gym or at least at the front desk. That would be very helpful.

The staff is always very welcoming! This makes a HUGE difference to someone who already has a busy schedule. There are some gyms that look down on people who don't come to work out for extended periods. Never at this particular location. There is always someone at the front that is greeting the guests with a smile.

Friendly staff, consistent with cleaning locker/bathroom areas and the gym space, decent quantity of different machines & equipment, central location with decent parking lot, respectful customers as well. Gave a 9 instead of a 10 because some of the stairmasters will have an error code, limiting people from using them.

The team at Gastonia is very kind and consistent. The gym stays clean and stocked. I had one issue with a creep trying to film me, and the second I reported it, I knew they actually cared, plus I never saw the creep again. They take safety very seriously here.
