I haven't been to a gym in 10 years or longer. My first time there Caleb was super nice and explained things to me. I really appreciated it and I appreciate that I can talk to someone if I want or that I can read signs or QR codes if I'm feeling more introverted. It makes the whole experience much less intimidating and more inviting and inspiring to come back.

Great availability of treadmills, the fact that they incline to at least 15 degrees, clean walkways, friendly reception area staff. I wish they checked on the status of the paper towel holders more often to see if they need refilling. It would be nice if they had paper towels to dry your hands after washing your hands on the bathroom.
