To be honest it isn't the hours s it isn't 24/5, however the employees are the real treasure and draw. Ive gone to other gyms. Most of the time the employees are neglectful and don't even notice if i scan in or not, many times employees are lazy and distracted. Nope. At this location the employees are always doing their jobs, always friendly and engaging. The gym is cleaner then others I've gone to even dt gilbert near the pd. This gym is nice and clean, butttttt the people make it. Management to rotated employees, people are what makes this place special. I also go to other gyms, some are 24-7, but again, it's the employees. They all work so hard. Garret the phys trainer is genuine and engaging with his clients, he's patient and nice, no ego or judgement which can be felt from some trainers. I can't emphasize that personnel is the asset here, as the gym is smaller then most, so please shower them with praise they deserve! If not for them I'd go to another location!

The staff is very helpful, friendly, and attentive, The gym is well-equipped with everything I need. I enjoy the 30-minute workout room when I'm in a hurry, and I like taking a Hydro massage after my workout.
