Location is convenient and has everything I need, even though it is small. The staff is friendly. Sam is awesome and there every morning to great me. I especially like the way they give George, a mentally challenged young man, the opportunity to work and be around other members.

2 things that make helps enjoy my time at the gym. 1. Walking in and feeling welcome from the employees, acknowledging my name & asking how my day was. 2. How the following areas are well maintained and clean: Bathrooms, walkways, & equipment. I see how Ele enjoys wiping down the equipment, carrying the vacuum, and making sure things are filled.

Planet Fitness in Goodlettsville is one of my favorite things to do after work. Walking in and seeing worker like Ele and Keendy that greet, know my name and smile. This helps me feel comfortable and confident. Even on days I feel down, Ele up lifts me with kind words. Thank you girls!
