The gym is large, clean and offers a lot of perks that other gyms don’t have like hydro beds, tanning and red light therapy. The price is also very reasonable.

The Goodlettsville club is managed well in its performance of the maintenance of the machines, free weights and the cleanliness of the former items. Most members assist in the cleaning of the apparatuses and that helps also. Staff are friendly but professional with the members. It is a well-managed club, better than the previous managers did. It is much appreciated! Job well done!

Elle is the best! She continues to make the gym atmosphere the place to be and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Only request is that you give them the wireless vacuums. Trio hazards with the long extension chords make it really tough for some people. Thanks!
