I absolutely love the staff at the Goshen Indiana location! My wife and I have nick names for each staff member and we enjoy seeing them and talking with them while we are there. My wife and I attend ALMOST daily! We feel like each staff member has a unique quality about them and are major contributing factors as to our continued membership with Planet Fitness....We love Owen, he's the protector of them all❤️ and Logan who is full of energy and positive vibes positive feedback and informative workout guidance! When we first started attending the gym I weighed 280lbs I am currently at 220lbs so believe me when I say if it weren't for those two gentlemen SPECIFICALLY making point to become friends to us we I likely wouldn't have continued my mission because of my social anxieties!!! They are who made our membership with Planet Fitness long term and I am beyond grateful as I was on the verge of diabetes AND I was struggling with my blood pressure and heart health. At almost 40 yrs old for two young men to be so active with their customers that they completely promoted an entire lifestyle change is phenomenal to me and as a small business owner myself, I believe they are major assets to your business and recruiting recurring customers.

I enjoyed my time here whenever I come, the stuff is very friendly and are pretty cool. Slams and supersets are pretty common whenever it's late or empty. But it doesn't really both me much.

We love Planet Fitness! My husband I and I go to the Goshen location frequently and the staff is very nice and helpful. Everything is clean and stocked when we get there and the tanning beds are clean.

The facility was very clean and I enjoyed the customer service immensely. They had the equipment that I was looking for, and I would return to this location. It would be nice if they could update their massage chairs. They still use the old chairs that take coins to operate. These chairs do not have very good mechanical function to do a very good job on massaging the correct parts of your body that could really use the help after a good exercise. Other locations have already incorporated some nicer chairs, and I look forward to this location doing the same down the road. Thanks for all you do!

I really liked the layout of the gym area and locker room area, has adequate amount of showers and changing areas. I liked the spa like atmosphere in locker room and spa area. Would be nice to have a hot tub and sauna.

This was my first time visiting this Planet Fitness. The facility was very clean and well organized. Most of all the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I am in Goshen Indiana again I will defiantly visit this facility again!
