The Manager Emily and Assistant Manager are very friendly and helpful to everyone here. They know everyone’s names and greet all of the customers. The whole staff is always cleaning and making sure all of the equipment is in good order. Ever since Emily came, the overall atmosphere here has changed drastically to a friendlier atmosphere.

It is getting better everyday! Emily has been a great improve since she came as manager. My only complaint is there is not enough of the sit down eliptical machines. Emily has solved the rest of the complaints. She is a God send.
