101/10! Could not have been easier to resign back up and all the improvements that I have seen have been excellent! I have not been back since the pandemic. I stopped coming because nothing was really enforced when everything opened back up. The cleanliness and upkeep have been top tier since coming back.

We can come and go as we please. It is usually very clean, though I do see quite a few people not wiping down the machine after using as we were instructed to do. The introductory lesson was very helpful and I had a little bit of gym use in the past so felt ready to go from there. However, when I have gone up to the desk to ask questions about how to use a machine, they usually can't tell me very well. I have eventually figured it out or just choose not to use it. The front desk folk are very friendly and helpful about other questions though. The newish stairsteppers are great. There is a great variety of machines that it never seems so busy I can't get my workout done in an efficient manner. I also appreciate the no shaming messages around the gym as I am not super athletic and don't want to feel intimidated. I never do
