I am happy that a lot of the equipment has been updated. Every time I arrive at the gym, the manager is always there to greet me, she is always on top of coordinating my purchases for sports drinks, always has my card on file ready.

The new machines that allow you to put plates of weight on them have changed my workouts. I've been telling family that I was going to cancel my membership at Planet Fitness and go to another gym with real weights. Since the new machines have arrived, it's changed everything for me. The preacher curl, the hammer press, the hack squat, etc have improved my workout drastically. I will no longer be canceling my membership to PF. I am satisfied with PF as my primary place of workout. For the $10 a month membership, I'm calling this a win. As for an improvement, I offer this: the new elliptical machines suck. The hand placement is uncomfortable and unnatural. You also have to lean/hunch forward just a bit to stay in rhythm. I don't like them and dread that portion of my workout where I have to use them. Also, PLEASE add a paper towel machine to the mens bathroom! Members cannot wash their face, wipe machine grease off of their hands, clean hair gel, wipe blood, wipe a stain off a shirt, etc. If you are willing to put endless rolls of paper towels in the work out areas, surely you can place on in the men's locker room near the sink areas. Overall, the remodel at the Grand Forks location has been wonderful. As a member of PF I feel I am getting fair trade for my membership fees. Well done.

I like that the facility is clean, there are many of the same equipment as well as different equipment. It makes it easy for multiple people to do the same workout or try new equipment if one would like. The staff do a great job keeping it tidy and clean, and are willing to help if you have any questions or concerns.

A great place to keep or get your body in shape and toned up. Love all the options of workout equipment and especially the Hydro-Bed, and Tanning Booths after the workout! This facility is kept clean with great management that is always making sure everything is in order. Everyone working there makes it a very enjoyable experience! I have been using Planet Fitness for years across the country and will continue to do so!

There's 3 machines I like workout on & they're my favorites.And I usually come around 4:00&get in a quick workout before I go to work(I work evenings).The only thing I don't like is they have the music on to loud,&I have sensitive hearing &then I get a headache when I leave.

No one is judgmental. Everyone helps if you don’t understand a machine and the staff are incredible. Being a overweight person you are more self conscious but not at planet fitness I fit right in.
