It's always clean and not crowded, if I go at the right time. There are plenty of workout stations, but I do miss the old curl machine. I have a torn right upper bicep and using free weights to curl can be painful. I'm not crazy about the individual arm curl machine. I'm 77 and far beyond the hard core workout stage but going to PF 3 times a week keeps me feeling fit and healthy.
