I enjoy working out with the various age groups, especially people my age. There is a nice senior crowd on a regular basis. However, the bathrooms should be cleaned and stocked more often.

I like that I can get in, work out, get out quickly. Most of the time, there are machines available for my routine. I like that the place is clean... except for the men's locker room... sometimes. Most everyone working out is friendly and cleans after their equipment use.
