Concerning the Great Neck, NY location… Great machines and excellent free weights. Everything is clean. One small criticism, however. The music is too loud. People can’t talk to each other. My ears are still ringing. Other than that, great gym. 👍👍

I am a member of LA Fitness also as a member of Silver Sneakers. Planet Fitness is much more pro active with cleanliness, which I like. I also like the smaller gym feel of P.F, it feels more like a local business than L.A Fitness huge gym experience. The trainer is always happy to answer any questions at P.F you may have, good luck trying to find the trainer at L.A Fitness.

I want to hear from you! not only did I recommend that my granddaughter try the planet fitness gym during the summer but I actually signed her up and she will be your member. I thought there was a reward but I got nothing. I actually was discouraged by one of your staff members from signing her up because she thought I was asking that she comes for free with me....then she tried to teach me how to read my checking account... really???? some people do not have any business representing management... Luckily there was a young nice woman who rose above this lady and was able to direct me as to what to do... and we were able to sign up and work out without any difficulties... but it does not matter.. other than my granddaughter will attend your gym whenever she wants to. I live an hour away from my granddaughter so attending together is a problem since her schedule and mine are quite different, in the year of 2025 so far we attended Planet fitness 3 times together!! I would love to see her every day but her school and my work just have very different schedules. So my question: what was the prize? Thank you, [NAME REMOVED] R.N.
