Front desk staff is nice and helpful. Welcoming everyone that enters and says good bye or have a nice day when leaving. Answered my question regarding changing my home gym, from Humble to OST. Tanning area is clean and stocked with paper towels :)

The gym is always clean, has plenty of functioning equipment, and the staff have all been friendly and kind. What more could you want? My planet fitness hits all the check marks for what I want in a gym. I did notice new gym equipment that was added and that was a pleasant surprise and has been incorporated into my workout. Functioning equipment is a huge upside. I'm not sure if the clients are careful with the equipment or staff maintains everything, but I appreciate it. I recommend the OST location
