The staff is so friendly and the facility is kept extremely clean. My husband and I feel very comfortable working out along many age groups with no judgements. We hardly ever have to wait for equipment or machines to be freed up.

I like everything about PF. The BC membership is a great value and the atmosphere of all your gyms is a good experience. Suggestion - Put the Name of City and States on all your locations. While traveling all 50 States there were several PF that did not have them. i think its suits a pride the city and states have for themselves and for visitors like.myself!! Your facility is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and staffed by some of the best people I’ve met. The only reason I ended my membership is due to timing. It’s about a 30-minute drive for me, and I just couldn’t consistently make it work with my schedule. If I lived closer, I’d absolutely still be a member. I truly appreciated how helpful, kind, and attentive your staff was.

I am a senior and new to the area. I was hesitant to join Planet Fitness because I thought I'd feel uncomfortable in a new gym. Cam took my registration and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Their motto "judgement free zone" is so true and I am very comfortable there and have been going regularly.
