The fitness location is very clean. Continuous care to keep the location clean is performed by staff who diligently work to maintain the location. The staff are very friendly and always welcome members when they enter the facility. I go in each day and there is never a day that someone doesn't say hello or say have a nice day when I leave, making the visit pleasant. Each staff member is attentive to members. There never is a long line to wait to check in because staff members, if interacting with a member to address their questions will either excuse their selves to check a member in or multi-task to check members in. The staff is respectful, polite and helpful and demonstrate pride in doing what is necessary to make the experience a pleasant experience which I believe makes a member wanting to return. This location has done a terrific job in selecting their staff and hopefully does what is needed to keep them. It is not new or well-maintained equipment that makes working out at Planet Fitness Greenfield successful, rather, it is their employees, and the employer should feel fortunate!
