Overall very good - convenient location, reasonable monthly fee, hours, number of machines, friendly employees and the crowd meter is very useful when I am short on time. However, there are too many members on their phones sitting on the machines for long periods of time. Perhaps a no phone policy except for listening to music vs. texting or watching Youtube videos?

Place looks pretty good...some equipment needs to be repaired and some replaced. Yellow room should have more room for machine users and less room for people stretching. Towels and cleaning fluid in yellow room needs to be replaced with a full unit. Cleanliness should be addressed more frequently.

I like using the glider machine and the 30-minute workout room. I like the gym a lot because the people who work there are very friendly and the price is very good, so overall I give it a 9. But the machines do not work well,. There are 10 gliders total and 5 with arm handles that move--those are the ones I use. After about 20 minutes or so, many of them stop working, and for some of them, you can't listen to all the TV channels. It would be great if Planet Fitness could invest in its equipment. I have been to other Planet Fitness location in the area that have great machines. I think it's time for an upgrade.
