The facility is always clean and equipment well-maintained. But above this... the manager and staff at W Gate City PF are just great people. Always friendly and prompt with anything you ask of them. They make it a point to greet you by name and with a big smile. They make it a place where I enjoy belonging and that I do highly recommend.

I love the staff! They’re so friendly and they definitely enhance the experience. Another thing is that you can do everything you need to at planet fitness. The only reason I would go to a different gym is if I was rock climbing or something. Definitely recommend!

The receptionist was very kind and extremely informative on what this specific Planet Fitness is able to provide to me. I was told how the tanning bed works and the massage machines. I was also offered a tour. The Planet Fitness was clean and calm, there’s were quiet a few people there, but with how big the planet fitness is, it didn’t feel like it was crowded which I appreciate! they had more than 1 type of machine allowing multiple people to workout the same at once. I loved the atmosphere, attitude, and music style. Thank you for being helpful! I will be returning

The staff at the facility was/is/are truly amazing. My wife and I enjoyed our visits as we always had great conversations with the staff. Amanda and Toli specifically, as well as few others, which names I cannot rememeber. They all made our time at the gym truly awesome. The facility was clean and well maintained as well as the offering of equipment and services.
