1. The rowing machines are very good quality and there is a sufficient number that I never have to wait for a machine. 2. The staff is friendly and helpful. 3. The bathrooms and showers are always clean. 4. The air conditioning works consistently (unlike another GYM in Cherrydale)

The gym is clean and the front desk staff is great!! Always welcoming - enjoy the variety of equipment and layout. The extra like the total body and hydrotherapy massage is perfect for after working out. Am very comfortable working out and don’t feel like I need to keep up any kind of appearance or physique. Love it !!!

Not as loud as other gyms. It stays cool in summer and warm in winter. One thing I would change - less news on the TV. We get pelted with political crap all the time, it would be nice to see National Geographic or even cartoons instead. I go to de-stress, not increase stress.

I travel a lot so I upgraded to the black card. I was amazed how many clubs are available to me in the multiple cities I travel across the country. It's nice to know that generally they're laid out the same and have the full array of equipment in each of the locations. The black card was the best investment I could make!
