cleanliness! The cleaning stations always seemed fully stocked. availability! The diversity of machines and the amount of machines meant that I was always able to find something available. safety! I didn't feel like I was unsafe at planet fitness.

The price is compelling, and yet the value is impressive. The gym is very large and full of machines. I also often see a staff member vacuuming and cleaning the machines. The locker room is also bright and clean. Finally, the staff is friendly and welcoming.

No hassle when trying to tan. Much better experience than the Harrison bridge road location. When you pay for a service you shouldn’t be policed on what time you use it. It’s ridiculous honestly. When you are trying to come, working around your work schedule, they make it hard on you. Thinking of switching to crunch fitness for this reason.

The gym is very clean, very new and everything was in working order. While there were quite a few people in the gym, it didn’t feel crowded. Now can you tell PF corporate that the West Spartanburg location needs full body plastic surgery bc it’s a disaster?

Every time I’ve been there, it never seemed crowded. There are so many different machines and it’s so large the gym can have several people working out without being crowded. Sure, a couple of times, I had to switch to a different machine because the ones I was ready for were being used, but that was ok because I just switched it up to a different machine. The staff at the desk are friendly and no one pressures you or even bothers you unless you ask.
