The gym is kept clean, and equipment is repaired pretty quickly. Staff are friendly. Consider adding a second water fountain or one exclusively for water bottle users so the faucet isn't constantly aiming water to the floor and others aren't waiting for a jug-sized water bottle to get filled. :-)

The staff, especially Jamaya! While at Planet Fitness in Groton I have seen Jamaya train other staff members while simultaneously helping clients. I have witnessed her professional calm demeanor when a client had a fall on a treadmill. She always has a smile. Jamaya knows the equipment at Planet Fitness and is eager to help those with questions. She is a true asset to Planet Fitness.
